Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Signed A Prenuptial Agreement


Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who filed divorce last week from Brad after two-year wedding anniversary, signed up a tenacious prenuptial agreement allocating their specifics combined assets, according to TMZ.

The estranged couple have acquired twelve total properties together prior to tying the knot in 2014. Seven of those properties belong to Brad, two belong to Jolie, and three belong to both, TMZ reports.

What will be the proper divvying of the three properties which reported $400 million? The prenup is “ironclad.” The combined wealth includes a $6.5million mansion in New Orleans, an apartment in NY, and a vineyard in France.

Their split brings anxiety about the custody over their children. Pitt claims for combined physical custody. Meanwhile, Angelina requested sole physical custody of their six kids – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, Vivienne and Knox, 8.

Pitt, 52, is also reportedly accused for child abuse involving one of the Pitt-Jolie children on a flight on the private jet home from France. LAPD and DCFS investigated Pitt for the claim and FBI has also been looking into the occurrence.

A source close to the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actor told to the Daily News that, Pitt was never physical with son Maddox any other kids during the flight, he just only got into a verbal spat on the flight.

TMZ reported that Pitt was planning to fight for joint physical custody.

A source said Pitt is fully cooperating with the FBI investigation since the incident occurred and he has taken the matter seriously.

Meanwhile, Pitt has reportedly been detached from their children since Jolie filed divorce and he is passionate to see them quickly.

The source said, ‘He is confident he will be cleared. The kids are asking to see Brad, so he is hoping to see them next week.’

We expect the investigation result will give the report soon and Pitt got the right to see his kids.
